Describe Yourself as a Fictional Character
Today’s prompt made me stop and think for a moment because I’m not sure I’d fit neatly into a single story.
If I were a fictional character, I’d probably be the wanderer who is always standing between worlds—the one who lingers in forgotten places, collects strange stories, and asks questions that don’t always have answers. I’d be the person who stays up too late watching the stars, searching for meaning in dreams, memories, and the spaces between reality and imagination.
I’d carry a notebook full of unfinished stories, a gaming controller tucked into my bag, and enough curiosity to follow a mysterious glowing doorway even when I know I probably shouldn’t.
I wouldn’t be the strongest hero in the story. I’d be the resilient one. The character who keeps moving forward despite setbacks, who protects the people they love, and who never quite gives up on the possibility that something magical exists just beyond the edge of what we understand.
What about you?
If you had to describe yourself as a fictional character, who would you be?

This is powerful. I like how it comes off as a master of parallel time and doorways.
