Finding Beauty in Destruction

I’d probably choose the world of Destiny 2.
Most of the games I play are FPS games like Call of Duty or Fortnite, and honestly I would never want to physically live in either of those worlds. They feel too chaotic and dangerous without much beauty outside of the gameplay itself.

But Destiny 2 feels different to me. Even though its world is built around destruction, war, and the aftermath of the end of civilization, there’s something strangely beautiful about it. The environments are massive, overgrown, and haunting in a way that feels alive instead of empty. Some places have a more natural beauty with forests, oceans, snow, and distant planets, while other places are beautiful because of the destruction itself — abandoned cities, ruined structures, and forgotten worlds that still hold traces of what once existed.

I also love how unique the creatures and people are in the game. Every planet feels like its own world with its own atmosphere, history, and life. The idea of traveling between planets and exploring places that feel both ancient and futuristic is what makes the world so interesting to me. Even with the danger, it feels like a world full of discovery, mystery, and wonder instead of just survival.
