Do you have a quote you live your life by or think of often?

I don’t think I have just one quote I live by, but there’s one I come back to often:

“Even galaxies take time to become what they are.”

It reminds me that nothing really happens overnight—not growth, not healing, not becoming who you’re supposed to be. Everything takes time to form, even the things that feel massive or permanent from the outside.

It helps on the days when I feel like I’m behind or not where I “should” be. Because even the universe isn’t rushed, and somehow that makes it easier to breathe through my own pace.
