If I had to pick something I could do less of, it would be impulse buying. I have this habit of reaching for things I don’t need, especially when I’m feeling down. For a moment, it feels like it will help—but soon after, the temporary comfort fades, and I’m left feeling worse, frustrated with myself and the money I’ve spent.
It’s a cycle I’m aware of, and I’m trying to break it. I’m learning to pause, to notice when the urge comes, and to make small, intentional choices instead. It’s not perfect, and it’s not easy, but I’m making progress. Even little steps toward change feel like victories.

Keep up the great work. You got this!!!!
